About me

Welcome! I’m Claire, and I live in a Roberts, WI. As a local Catholic birth doula, I am dedicated to empowering and supporting you during your sacred birth journey. As a mother of four—one girl and three boys—I know the joys and challenges of motherhood.

I have personal experience with different birthing options: a medicated hospital birth, a home birth, and two births at a local birth center. My goal is to help every mother feel supported and fulfilled during her delivery. It is so important to surrender to God, feel safe, relaxed, and encouraged in these vulnerable, tender moments.

I have knowledge of homeopathy and herbal tinctures, which I can use during labor and after birth. I also have some experience in craniosacral therapy, which I use to help friends and family. Together, we can create a positive and empowering birth experience that meets your needs

Why is it important to have a

Catholic doula?

It is important to surround yourself with people who are like minded in this vulnerable time. People who can pray for you and with you. In silence, holding space for you, or out loud, reminding you on God’s continuous presence. It might be hard to remember in those moments that God created women to birth, He created this little one inside you, and He gave you the ability to birth this baby.

Birth doesn’t always go according to plan, but if you can surrender to God in these critical moments, and have someone there to remind and support you of His presence and love, your birth can be exactly as God intended it to be.

In these raw, intense moments on this journey to motherhood, it is so important to lean into God and His ever loving mercy, kindness and gentleness. Lean on His Blessed Mother, as she assisted her cousin Elizabeth in labor, she can be there for you as well, watching over you, guiding you and your baby through the birthing process.

As a Catholic doula be comforted to know that I’ll be praying for you throughout your pregnancy and labor. I’ll be reminding you of His love for you. And I’ll strive to be there for you, as Mary was for Elizabeth. Serving you, respecting your wishes, comforting and holding space for you while you undergo this transformative journey.

I ask God everyday to utilize my hands for good and to help me be a devoted doula, wife, and mother.
