I will be on Maternity leave from
July 2026- December 2026

Are you looking to be more supported for your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum? Maybe you’re still wondering what is a doula exactly? What are the benefits of having a doula?
A doula is a non-medical support person who provides hands on comfort measures during labor, encourages self advocacy, provides education, and helps facilitate communication with all the members of the birth team.
A doula can help support both you and your husband during your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period.
This can look like
- hands on comfort measures
- verbal encouragement
- emotional support
- praying over you
- assist your transition into the postpartum phase
There are many benefits to having a doula! Some of which are:
- increased birth satisfaction
- shorter labor
- less need for interventions
- decreased anxiety
- lowers the need for a c-section
- emotional support
I also offer craniosacral and fascial release which can be super beneficial for mamas and babies, to reduce tension and pain!
